Forest Lakes Cabin on Mogollon Rim
Enjoy the beautiful Mogollon Rim at this secluded, romantic, Forest Lakes Estates year-round cabin (1400 sq ft!)--7500 ft. elev. Only 2 1/2 hours NE of Phoenix on cul-de-sac ACRE lot. There is a beautiful wood paneled high-ceiling in the Great Room with full kitchen, large dining room and generous comfortable seating in front of the pellet stove. We have a full bathroom, 2 large downstairs bedrooms, each with a KING size bed, and a huge upstairs loft with 2 twin beds, 1 double bed and twin rollaway. The covered porch has a picnic table, BBQ and porch swing. We furnish all the kitchen cookware, utensils, appliances and staples. Linens are provided and PETS are permitted, but NO SMOKING is allowed inside. Near 3 mountain lakes with boating, fishing, horseback riding, cross country skiing, and hiking. This is the only large single rental cabin at Forest Lakes and is PERFECT for families.

We provide something the other places don't--PRIVACY and SECLUSION-- This is the perfect retreat from your stress. This large log cabin is great for one large or two small families and pets are welcome. You will not be disappointed when you arrive!

Welcome To My Home Page

I am one of the original owners of the property (1964) and the trees at that time were only knee-high--see how much they have grown!
I recently re-furnished the Great Room with a new couch and a new loveseat and we now have a large dining room table--seats 8-10. There is a new refrigerator and now a washer/dryer as well. We have beautiful new matching comforters on all the beds in the loft and added more toys.

We are just the right size for two families at one time.
The cabin sleeps eight to ten comfortably and the rates are for up to 8 people with no extra charge- Everyone who has stayed there has LOVED it and many have returned for additional stays.

The cabin is open all year round and we do get SNOW!
Our area is even higher in elevation than Flagstaff, Show Low, Heber-Overgaard, and Christopher Creek. This makes our summers even cooler and for more snow in the wintertime.

Cabin in Winter
For your enjoyment, we provide the sleds in the winter. You will love sitting around the fire in the pellet stove and looking out on the winter wonderland.
